MOUs
A Memorandum of Understanding is a document that therapy dog teams can give to a facility to assure them that CTDA teams are certified. Only one is needed per facility.
How to use: They can be printed out, signed by the facility, and scanned in for that facility in the facilities area of the Login.

You can get a version with some of the fields filled out, sent to your email. Even after it is generated, a facility must sign and date the bottom.
